Fearless Females in the Forest January 9, 2021

Fearless Females in the Forest

Join other fearless females on this winter hike. Together, we’ll build immunity and relationships on this wintery forest walk.

Bundle up with lots of layers. You’ll likely get really warm as you meander on the trail with other fierce females, so you’ll want to be able to take layers off as needed. When we stop to look at the views along the way, you’ll need to put those layers back on to keep you warm. Bring a small thermos with your favorite warm beverage in your light pack. This will be a time of building strength as your body, mind and soul are infused in the breath and fragrance of Mother Earth.

Words to live by…
“Get off the sidewalk, step onto the dirt, breathe-in the fragrance of the ancient trees.
Heal, thrive, be still.”
Deborah

This winter forest walk takes place in Yellow Pine Forest and mixed Woodland Forest. You’ll be able to take gentle steps along the way… deep breaths… and connect to the ancient forest of the San Jacinto Mountains.

This hike will be challenging for some based on your fitness level, yet our pace will be very slow.

Bring lots of water and wear a sturdy pair of shoes. ?? Bring rain-gear in case we get a shower or snow. Also bring cables for your boots so if we hike in the snow, you’ll have good traction.

I recommend a bandanna or a buff as a face covering as they tend to be lightweight and breathable.

We’ll be able to keep a good distance from each other on the trail.

**A refundable deposit is required to reserve your time. If you need to cancel, please do so at least 48 hours prior to the event. Thank you.

If the cancellation is within the 48 hours, the deposit will not be refundable.

Looking forward to sharing the trail with you and building fearless female resilience together.
